This comes across as 'I'm too busy for you right now. Maybe i'll have time for you later.'
2)'Please call.'
You have the time to ask someone to call you, but you don't have enough time to just call them yourself?
3)'I might be late.' Ok. You're either going to be late, or you're not. Choose one. Leaving someone hanging half-way is a lot worse than saying you'll be late and then showing up early.
